BREAKING POINT

Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 9, 2026

This policy covers the Breaking Point Stories website and YouTube channel, and the Breaking Point Uploader application, a private tool used only by the channel owner to upload videos to the channel.

Website

This website is static. It does not use accounts, forms, advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not collect personal data. If you email us, we use your address only to reply.

Breaking Point Uploader and YouTube API Services

Breaking Point Uploader uses YouTube API Services. It is used by the channel owner and is not offered to the public. By using YouTube features you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

What the application accesses. After the channel owner signs in with Google, the application can upload videos, set thumbnails and read basic information about the owner's own YouTube channel (such as its name and ID).

What it stores. An OAuth token is stored on the owner's own computer so the owner does not have to sign in for every upload. No data from your Google account is sent to any server run by us.

What it shares. Nothing. We do not sell, rent or share Google user data, and we do not use it for advertising.

The application's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access

You can revoke the application's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Deleting the stored token file on the owner's computer also removes the access.

YouTube viewers

If you watch our videos or comment on YouTube, YouTube's own privacy policy applies to that data. We receive only what YouTube shows channel owners, such as public comments and aggregated analytics.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
